At Cinnamood, we’re on a mission to bring the best cinnamon roll experience to the world. With new store openings happening across multiple countries, we’re expanding fast and looking for a Junior International Franchise Manager to help us grow internationally.

As a Junior International Franchise Manager, you will support our franchise operations, working closely with new and existing partners to ensure they have everything they need to succeed. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for international business, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying expansion opportunities and introduce potential franchise partners to Cinnamood
• Support franchisees through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and follow brand guidelines
• Help coordinate store openings by assisting with training, logistics, and operations to ensure a smooth launch
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, design, etc.) to provide franchisees with the necessary resources
• Assist in tracking franchise performance and providing insights to help improve business operations
• Ensure clear and professional communication with franchisees in different countries

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English skills (near-native level)
• Additional languages are a plus (especially French, Spanish, German, or Arabic)
• A background in business, marketing, or a related field (experience in sales, customer support, or franchise operations is a plus but not required)
• A strong ability to build relationships and solve problems proactively
• Willingness to travel and adapt to an international, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, etc.) and Microsoft Teams
• A hands-on, growth-focused mindset
