At Cinnamood, we’re on a mission to bring the best cinnamon roll experience to the world. With new store openings happening across multiple countries, we’re expanding fast and we are lookig for a International Franchise Manager to help us take things to the next level.

As an International Franchise Manager, you will be the main point of contact between Cinnamood and our franchisees. You’ll guide new partners through every step, making sure they’re set up for success.

Responsibilities

• Identify expansion opportunities and introduce potential franchise partners to Cinnamood, guiding them from day one
• Build and manage long-term relationships with franchisees, providing support and guidance to ensure their success
• Assist store openings, ensuring training, logistics, and operations align with brand standards for a smooth launch
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, design, etc.) to ensure franchise success and maintain brand consistency
• Support negotiations and help secure contracts and agreements with new partners
• Assist in tracking franchise performance and ensuring key business objectives are met

Requirements

· Previous experience in business development, sales, or franchise management

· Excellent spoken and written English (near-native level)

·      Additional languages are a plus (especially French, Spanish, German, or Arabic)

·      Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills

·      Willingness to travel and adapt to a fast-paced environment

·      Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, etc.) and Microsoft Teams

·      A proactive, hands-on mindset focused on growth and results
