What You'll Do
🚀 Manage Projects End-to-End - Oversee the full lifecycle of complex aerospace projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations.
📋 Contract Negotiation & Management - Lead negotiations, drafting, and managing contracts with vendors, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring that terms align with company objectives and compliance standards.
🔧 Resource & Budget Management - Coordinate resources, track project budgets, and ensure that financial goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of project quality.
📊 Risk & Issue Management - Proactively identify potential risks and issues within projects, developing strategies to mitigate them and ensuring smooth project execution.
🔍 Monitor Progress & Performance - Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the established goals and adjusting plans as needed to keep projects on track.
🛠️ Stakeholder Communication - Serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring clear, effective communication and collaboration.
💻 Documentation & Compliance - Ensure that all project documentation is up to date, accurate, and compliant with industry regulations, company policies, and client specifications.

What You'll Need
✔ A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience in project and contract management - Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects, ideally within aerospace or engineering sectors.
✔ Strong understanding of contract law and the ability to manage contract negotiation, drafting, and compliance.
✔ Experience with project management methodologies - Familiarity with Agile, PMP, or similar frameworks to successfully manage projects from start to finish.
✔ Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to juggle multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables without compromising quality.
✔ Strong communication and leadership abilities - Ability to manage cross-functional teams, negotiate with stakeholders, and provide clear updates to senior leadership.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar).
✔ Fluent in English.
