• Lead the development and execution of enterprise architecture strategies.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure the alignment of enterprise architecture with business objectives.
• Drive the development of architectural standards and principles.
• Influence stakeholders to ensure the adoption of enterprise architecture.
• Monitor technological trends in the industrial and manufacturing sector.
• Champion innovation within the Technology Department.
• Leading role in DevOps teams to assess engineering performance and develop and apply improvements plans.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful Enterprise Architect should have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or STEM related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or advisory role.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or alternatives are preferred.

Extensive professional experience in state-of-the-art software development environment as a developer and/or architect of distributed, scalable cloudnative applications resulting in profound knowledge in:

• Software architectures (Micro Services, Domain Driven Architecture, Event Driven Architectures)
• Programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript) Tools of modern software development (git, GitHub)
• Strong expertise in cloud-native development and architecture, with a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Proficiency in DevOps practices and mindset, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, SonarQube), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and knowledge on how to apply automation like infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
• In-depth knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies in software development.
• Proficiency in designing complex cloud-native solutions with in-depth knowledge of public cloud offerings, communication patterns (API, Eventdriven) and secure and extensible architectures.
• Clear understanding of compliance & security and apply a security-driven mindset to all development.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of the German language is a plus
