You Will
- Support e-commerce customers and shoppers by addressing inquiries and resolving return-related issues efficiently.
- Analyze return trends, customer feedback, and operational bottlenecks to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams to improve processes and implement customer-focused solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to shopper satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance the return experience and optimize workflows.
- Contribute to automation initiatives, helping to build scalable and efficient processes.
- Take part in defining product improvements based on real shopper pain points and feedback.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving shopper experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to take initiative in optimizing customer journeys.
- Interest in e-commerce, logistics, and reverse operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
