Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales & Partnerships Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on securing sponsors, building brand partnerships, and maximizing revenue opportunities for the festival. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, sponsorships, and relationship management, with a passion for communities, music, sports, and live events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sponsorship and partnership strategy to support festival growth. DONE - to review and adjust.
• Identify, approach, and secure potential sponsors, partners, and advertisers.
• Manage communication and negotiations with brands, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Work closely with the marketing team to integrate partnerships into festival promotions.
• Create compelling sales proposals and presentations.
• Oversee contract execution and deliverables for partners.
• Assist in coordinating sponsor activations and branding at the festival.
• Provide regular reports on sales and partnership performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or sponsorships (preferably in events, music, or sports industries).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Creative and flexible.
• Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
• Knowledge of the roller skating and/or music festival industry is a plus. Or ability to learn quickly vibes and concepts. 
• Based in Europe or able to work remotely with availability to be in Barcelona during the festival.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base fee of €500/month.
• Commission of 10%-20%, depending on the deal.
