Your Role

• Financial Planning and Reporting: Prepare planning, forecasting, and internal monthly financial statements.
• Forecasting: Conduct thorough performance assessment, identifying key financial trends and areas for improvement or optimization.
• Utilize forecasting techniques to provide accurate predictions for financial outcomes.
• Decision Support: Provide information, reports, and analysis to support decision-making in the Business units.
• Communication: Actively communicate controlling relevant topics to functions and BUs/SBUs.
• Cost Monitoring: Monitor the cost development of planned objectives and prepare deviation analysis.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines in terms of financial reporting.
• Risk Analysis: Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Knowledge Sharing: Spread financial controlling knowledge and awareness across the company.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling relevant concepts, processes, and tools.
• Project Execution: Participate in and execute various projects as required.
  
  

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous working experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address financial issues and optimize processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, independent, curious personality.
• Advanced English and international mindset.
• Tools & Reporting ERP systems.
• Digital expertise (i.e., Power BI, VBA, SAP scripting) a plus.
