Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Research Analyst, located in Barcelona. The Research Analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, AI reasearch, analyzing data, and compiling reports related to real estate development and investment. Daily tasks include gathering and interpreting data from various sources, identifying market trends, and presenting findings to the team.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Statistics
• Proficiency in conducting Market Research and general Research tasks
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting findings
• Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field
