¿Dónde vas a trabajar?

Leading multinational in the industrial/manufacturing sector is looking for a FP&A/Finance Business Partner for its factory located in the North of Spain, close to País Vasco.The department Operations Controlling ensures the business partner function for the production sites of the Group and for the supply chain department. The candidates coordinates the work of the plant controllers in the different manufacturing sites and is responsible for the controlling closing processes at month end in the respective operations area.

You will be also responsible to drive and consolidate the planning activities (rolling forecast, LE, budget).

• Financial Business Partner for the Operations Manufacturing network heads and site heads.
• Responsible for the monthly presentation and commenting of the COGS and gross margin.
• Participation in project teams and due diligences as representative of finance and implication in review of business cases to cover the COGS.
• Coordination and consolidation of forecast and budget for the operations area and generation of planning assumptions in collaboration with logistics and procurement.
• Preparation of (sections of) presentations for the executive management board and audit committee
• Continuously assess and improve financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes and platforms to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
• Ad-hoc analysis and participation in projects in multifunctional teams.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Controlling or Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in operations / production controlling IS A MUST, preferably in an international environment, healthcare area an asset.
• 2-3 years of experience as team leader, or experience of managing finance controller network
• Experience with SAP (FI/CO, PP, BW)
