Job Title: Tech Project Manager
Location: Barcelona, Spain (2-3 days work in office, rest days remote work)
Experience: 10-12 years
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with 10-12 years of experience in managing technical projects focused on Front End Applications, Java development.
3. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
4. Experience with Front End technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks/libraries) and Java/J2EE development.
5. Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
10. Lead the planning, initiation, and execution of technical projects related to Web based application using ReactJS, NodeJS and Java.
11. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
12. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
13. Coordinate and prioritize project tasks and dependencies across multiple teams and departments.
14. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks proactively.
15. Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, design documents, and reports.
16. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
17. Conduct regular project reviews and status meetings to ensure alignment with project objectives and expectations.
18. Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and processes.
19. Mentor and coach team members on project management principles and practices.
