• Lead the Data & AI practice, defining strategy and managing projects.
• Develop and oversee AI/ML solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Work closely with business units and pre-sales teams to design data-driven solutions.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, including LLMs, Computer Vision, and Cloud Architecture.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants and data engineers.
• Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and analytics architecture.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

✔ Extensive experience in data analytics, AI/ML, and big data solutions.
✔ Strong leadership skills to drive innovation and manage teams.
✔ Expertise in Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP, Python, R, and Spark.
✔ Hands-on knowledge of data engineering, ETL, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
✔ Background in pre-sales and business consulting is a plus.
