Signed intership agreement with your academic centre MANDATORY

As a Legal Trainee in our Legal & Regulatory department in the Corporate Division, you will support our Legal team. The main goal of this position is to assist in providing legal support, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, especially in the highly regulated field of clinical trials. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various legal matters and to support the Legal team across a wide range of areas, particularly in the life sciences sector.

🎯 HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

• Assist in providing legal support and advice to various divisions within the company.
• Support in drafting and reviewing various types of contracts, such as NDAs, Clinical Trial Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSA) and contract amendments, among others.
• Contribute to the creation and updating of contract templates and other legal documents.
• Assist in intellectual property matters by reviewing contractual clauses, providing related advice and other complementary tasks.
• Cooperate in compliance of GDPR matters.
• Manage and classify corporate documentation (such as deeds, minutes and powers of attorney).
• Actively participate in the management of the digitalization and use of AI in workflows and procedures of the Legal department.
• Help to conduct legal research and analysis.
• Participate in scheduled company trainings and team meetings.
  
  
  

💪WHAT DO WE VALUE FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY?

• Graduated with a law degree.
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Master in Legal Practice (Master Universitario en Abogacía).
• Available for an internship agreement.
• Strong interest in the life sciences sector and in learning about in-house legal practice.
• Academic background in the life sciences sector preferred (e.g. course or similar during law degree or master).
• Proficient level of Spanish and English (minimum C1); oral and written proficiency.
• Proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset, team oriented.
• Creative and open-minded.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Critical thinking skills.
