YOUNG has recently acquired the property and operations of Restaurant Runners in The Hague. Runners has been an iconic name in the region for over 40 years, and we are honored to continue and revitalize this beloved restaurant.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced hospitality manager from Valencia who is ready for an adventure in the Netherlands. Someone who, like us, believes in an all-day open concept catering to families, the business market, and small-scale events.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop, launch, and lead Runners 2.0.
• Build and manage a strong team.
• Design the menu, oversee marketing and promotion, and organize events.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in managing similar concepts.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• A team-oriented and honest approach.
• A hands-on mindset with a proactive attitude.
• A customer-centric philosophy: the guest always comes first.
