Since we launched in 2019, we have already achieved the following:

  • We’ve built a community of over 7 million users
  • Finalising Series B Fundraising in November 2024
  • Grown our team to more than 160 employees

About the role:

We’ve laid the groundwork for TA at bsport (growing the team, implementing an ATS & processes…), now it’s time to consolidate and accelerate. As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be THE point of contact for recruitment, designing TA strategies & making sure they are implemented to drive performance and reach our scaling targets.

You would be in regular contact with the leadership team, HR, and hiring managers to support our Series B deployment, serving as a trusted advisor to leadership.

What you will do:

  • Build and execute TA strategies to support bsport’s hyper-growth, implementing key projects such as operations optimisation and employer branding strategies
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to assess strategy effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow between Talent Acquisition and other HR functions, aiming for an efficient recruitment process and positive candidate experience
  • Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists & Coordinators to enhance their skills and performance
  • Track and assess team performance against recruitment targets, offering feedback and support to drive improvement
  • Act as the primary liaison between TA and leadership, ensuring effective communication between your team, hiring managers and external agencies


What will be your impact:

  • Drive the transformation of Talent Acquisition at bsport, ensuring it is a strategic function that supports our ambitious growth and Series B deployment
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, empowering them and contribute to organisational success
  • Establish strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership, becoming a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices and workforce planning
  • Oversee the hiring of critical senior and specialised roles, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent
  • Embed a culture of excellence in recruitment, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team


You would be great fit if you:

  • Are fluent in English (French is a plus).
  • Have substantial experience in a TA team leader role, ideally in SaaS, startups, or fast-paced environments.
  • Are fact-based and data-oriented, with the ability to steer reporting for your team and find improvement areas based on data (ATS: knowledge about Teamtailor is a plus).
  • Have strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • A proven track record of designing and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • Are organised, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Understand HR practices and employment laws in Spain (French laws is a plus).
