Guest Services:
Greet and welcome guests warmly, assisting them with check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person, using English, Spanish
Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, available services, local attractions, and other guest needs.
Reservation Management
Efficiently process room bookings, modifications, and cancellations using the hotel’s property management system (PMS).
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest preferences are met and any special requests are fulfilled.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate records of guests, including contact information, preferences, and stay history.
Handle cash management and process payments accurately.
Assist in preparing daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and future reservations.
Operational Support
Resolve guest issues and meet their needs promptly and effectively, especially in situations where immediate supervisory support is not available.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and common areas are always in excellent condition.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on hotel procedures and enhance professional skills.
