As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for an exceptional Chief of Growth to join our leadership team and shape the future of FloraQueen.

You’ll lead all growth and marketing initiatives across the company, driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. From performance marketing to CRM, from AI-driven personalization to data insights, you'll own the growth engine end to end.
👤 What We’re Looking For
We’re not just hiring a manager — we’re looking for a modern, ambitious, and hands-on growth leader who’s excited to:
- Work in a small, fast-moving, kickass team and report directly to the CEO and COO.
- Own the full growth funnel, from awareness to conversion to repeat purchase.
- Constantly experiment, iterate, and scale what works.
🔍 Your Superpowers
- AI-Native Mindset: Deep understanding of how AI can elevate modern marketing — from automation and targeting to content generation and customer segmentation.
- Data-Driven to the Core: You live in dashboards, love testing hypotheses, and can turn insights into action with tools like GA4, Microsoft Power BI, and Shopify Analytics.
- Growth Experience: Proven track record in scaling B2C brands, with ownership over performance marketing, growth loops, lifecycle marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- E-commerce Fluency: Experience with Shopify’s ecosystem and marketplace apps is a big plus.
- Excellent Communicator: Whether it's inspiring your team, collaborating with product, or aligning with C-level leadership — your communication is clear, compelling, and effective.

- Define and execute FloraQueen’s growth strategy across all channels.
- Lead performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and retention strategies.
- Leverage AI tools to maximize efficiency and personalization.
- Analyze and optimize the full customer journey using robust data analytics.
- Collaborate with product and operations to drive cross-functional growth.
- Build and lead a small but mighty growth & marketing team.
