YOUR MISSION
Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious Growth trainee, to have a key role in the Growth Iberia. Are you looking for a challenging experience in one of the fastest growing Startups in Europe? Do you want to contribute building a product that will disrupt the On demand market?
THE JOURNEY
- Support the implementation of local Marketing activations, collaborating with cross-functional teams (CRM, Design, Digital, Accounts) on activities such as promotional campaigns (promo creation / auditing, creative asset requests, partners selection) and performance marketing.
- Keep updated the activity grid with info regarding planned activations, new city launches, partner ranking.
- Monitor competitive landscape and collect relevant insights to help the Growth & Marketing Team to craft the country marketing strategy.
- Support on ad-hoc analyses and projects based on business needs as identified by local and global Marketing Team.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or any related field
- Proficiency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (nice to have)
- Business acumen and passion for end-to-end project management
- Critical reasoning
- Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact
- Comfortable in tracking/reporting on KPIs
- Consumer understanding skills
- Expertise with Office - Google docs/sheets/slides
- Expertise in SQL (nice to have)
- Hands-on attitude. You’ll have to roll up your sleeves!
