Mode Search is exclusively supporting one of the most recognised global luxury retailers in their search for a Senior Private Client Manager in Barcelona, Spain.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and execution of the Private Client strategy through HNW clientele.
This role requires the skills of a brand ambassador who has strong organisational skills and must be able to drive HNW high spending thereby ensuring footfall, spending and revenue targets throughout the year.
You will be responsible for building relationships with HNW clientele, creating the database and reaching sales objectives through the conversion and delivery of high-spending footfall.
The Role:
- Build, develop and manage the relationship with HNW guests.
- Build and educate Clienteling mindset and culture in the PCS team, Personal Shopper, Retail and Hospitality
- Build and develop relationships with 3rd parties (such as Institutions, Corporate entities, Private Clubs, Associations, and International Expat communities).
- Define and explore new business/incremental revenue opportunities.
- Develop strong collaboration with Retail, Marketing/GKE, Hospitality, Business Analysts etc.
- Research, Identify, Create, develop & manage key relationships.
- Support sales strategy, execution plan and marketing plan opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in footfall.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Work closely with Marketing on invitations/advertising/promotional/etc. to raise awareness of the village in either events and/or individual meetings with high-profile individuals.
- Work with the Hospitality team to enhance the experience in each of the guest journey touching points (e.g., Services, Redemptions, Prayer room, The Apartment etc).
Requirements:
- Rights to work in Spain
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience in the Hospitality/Luxury Brand Segment
- Deep knowledge of the HNW market & retail/shopping fits
- Ability to build strong relationships with HNW guests, key partners, colleagues & stakeholders.
