From Robert Walters we are currently supporting one of our reference clients in the Pharma Sector to join an IT Business Partner to a new challenging project in Barcelona. As IT Business Partner, you will be responsible to lead IT initiatives requiring the ideal candidate to count with a combination of Technical, management and business skills to ensure projects are delivered in time and budget with the expected quality level.

As IT Business partner, you will be responsible for

• Supporting IT sales activities,
• Defining project scope, goals and deliverables together with management and stakeholders,
• Develope project plans with details that integrate resourses, tiem and budget,
• Manage and coordinate team work, guaranteeing appropriate mitigation,
• Maintain an effective communication with all the interested players along the project lifecycle,
• Guarantee project goals and company-s commercial goals and strategies
• Oversee deliverables quality and guarantee internal client satisfaction,
• Manage project budget and its cost follow up
• Report regularly to business about the status, problems and project solutions,
  
  

Counting with Computer Science degre, Business Administration or other similar, the ideal candidate should count with fluent english and wide experience in IT project management, prefereably within a commercial environment. In addition to the previous requirements, it is also important to count with strong leadership and team work skills, and also excellent communication and negotiation capabilities, being able to adapt and work in a variable and changing work environment. With good knowledge on Agile and traditional project management methodologies, client oriented mindset and conflict resolutino capabilities will be also important.
