🌎 We’re hiring a Sales & Business Development Manager for Iberia! 🚀

Layla is growing fast, and we’re looking for a sales-driven, strategic thinker to help us expand in Spain and Portugal (with potential for LATAM growth). If you have a passion for sustainability, hospitality tech, and driving revenue growth, this role is for you!

What you’ll do:

✅ Drive sales and expand Layla’s presence in Iberia (Spain & Portugal)

✅ Develop and execute business development strategies to grow our client base

✅ Build relationships with property managers, hospitality leaders, and industry partners

✅ Own the full sales cycle—from strategizing and prospecting to closing deals

✅ Work closely with our marketing and product teams to shape our market approach

What we’re looking for:

🔹 Proven experience in B2B sales and business development (preferably in hospitality tech, SaaS, or proptech)

🔹 Hands-on approach with a track record of managing the entire sales cycle

🔹 Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus!)

🔹 Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

🔹 A proactive, results-driven mindset
