We are looking for a Qualitative research & user experience intern to join our team in Barcelona. 🚀

You will juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and work closely with the Business Designers teams to manage qualitative reaserch with multiple external stakeholders, hence a collaborative nature and excellent presentation skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and conducting qualitative research studies, including interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic research.
• Support the recruitment and coordination of participants for research studies.
• Transcribe and analyze qualitative data to identify key insights, patterns, and trends.
• Assist in the development of research materials such as interview guides, surveys, and observation protocols.
• Help prepare and present research findings to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, product, marketing) to ensure research findings are integrated into the development process.
• Maintain organized documentation of research activities, methodologies, and results.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Service Design, Design Thinking, Innovation Design, Human-Centered Design, Strategic Design, Interaction Design, Market Research, Behavioral Science
• Strong interest in qualitative research methods and user-centered design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize qualitative data.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Nice to have: Experience with research tools (e.g., interview transcription software, video conferencing platforms) is a plus.
