Tasks And Responsibilities

• We are looking for a profile for the coordination of technological projects, as well as the management of E2E digital products, specially our Office, Residential and Retail HS Websites (functional definition, UX/UI, supplier search, software development, testing, roll-out, training, engagement, communication plan...)
• Project development from the high-level design provided by the business or functional analysts department.
• Detect inefficiencies, optimize digital and business processes and propose improvements in existing systems, applications and procedures. Continuous improvement.
• Assist and/or lead the coordination of projects and tasks of integration or implementation of global business applications with D&T teams from other countries.
• Support and resolution of incidents. User service and support in change management.
  
  

Essential Knowledge


The candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Higher degree, preferably Computer or Telecommunications Engineering,
• Knowledge in:
• Functional definition of business requirements to transfer it to technical teams (SW development, devops, external vendors..) with a lot of focus on UX/UI
• Management of digital products, both in the implementation and monitoring phases, ensuring communication, training and monitoring of proper use by end users
• Agile Development Methodology (e.g.: Scrum)
• High level of English, spoken and written, for interaction with European countries and the USA.
• Office Advanced Level

oMicrosoft tools and ecosystem: Power apps, Microsoft Copilot

oArtificial intelligence: Prompting and handling tools such as Copilot, Chat GPT

oData processing and visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, etc.

oPrototyping and design tools (e.g.: Figma)

oManagement of internal communication tools
