About the Role

Reporting to the Support Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing data incidents, ensuring efficient troubleshooting, and collaborating with different teams across multiple countries. You’ll work closely with sales, controlling, CRM, and marketing teams to manage data-related issues and improve support processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage data-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Use SQL and relational databases to investigate and understand root causes.
• Maintain communication with internal teams across different European countries.
• Work with ticketing tools (Jira or similar) to track and prioritize support requests.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support process automation and optimization (experience with Python is a plus).
• Work with Power BI and other dashboarding tools to analyze and present data.

What We’re Looking For

• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (a must).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to interact with various teams and stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Jira or similar).
• Solid written and spoken English (you will communicate internationally).
• Nice to have: Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud data platforms.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of Python and experience in customer support.
