Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team to join our International Finance Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex data sets. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support our business objectives.
Reporting to: Vice President Finance, International
Location: Barcelona, Spain or Lyon, France.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources.
· Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
· Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
· Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
· Monitor data quality and ensure data integrity.
· Prepare ad-hoc analysis, reports and presentations
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel).
· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), ERP (e.g. Oracle, SAP) and Salesforce.com.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· English, as primary work language . Any other European language is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
· Master's degree in a related field.
· Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
· Knowledge of database management and data warehousing.
Team & Main Interactions:
· Reporting to International Finance Team
· Frequent contact with the sales, marketing and finance team from our international subsidiaries
· Work in close partnership with the Corporate IT Team
