About Our Content Analytics Team

Our Content Analytics team is responsible for providing analytical support and data-driven insights that enable the optimization of our flight content acquisition and processing. We use extensive datasets to evaluate booking channel performance, improve autobooking efficiency, and ensure data quality across our systems. Our work directly impacts Kiwi.com's ability to offer our customers unique travel combinations and a smooth booking experience worldwide. We combine technical expertise with business understanding to drive data-informed decisions across multiple teams and stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• You will conduct complex ad-hoc analysis using BigQuery and Looker, delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• By creating and maintaining dashboards for key business metrics, you will ensure clarity and usability for stakeholders.
• You will work with Looker's analytical layer, defining explores, measures, and dimensions to support robust data exploration.
• In collaboration with our data engineers, you will define data models and ensure data quality through rigorous QA processes.
• You will analyze and improve our complex flight booking and data acquisition systems, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• You'll support data-driven decisions across the company by applying practical analytical approaches to our flight content ecosystem.
• You will help develop monitoring and alerting tools for product operations, enabling proactive incident detection and prevention.
  
  

What You Will Need

• Your strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery or similar data warehouses.
• You have experience with BI tools (we use Looker) and a solid understanding of data modeling and data quality principles.
• You can translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights that drive results.
• You bring experience working with large datasets and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across teams.
• Your excellent communication skills in English enable you to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• You have an analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in your work.
• You are capable of working independently while aligning with and contributing to team goals.
