NARA CAPITAL is a private equity firm that invests in health, sustainability and VC funds. The firm is based in Barcelona and regulated under the regulation of the Spanish Securities Exchange Commission (CNMV).

We are looking for people passionate about investments who want to gain perspective in the VC and PE industry being involved in:

• Scouting for deal flow opportunities

• Market research of investment opportunities

• Support in portfolio management

• Preparation of reviews in specific areas of interest

We prioritize applicants based in the Barcelona area, as presence is required. We seek individuals eager to learn in a fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering (preferably from a top-tier Spanish university)
• A strong interest and passion for private equity
• The ability to thrive in a fast-moving and highly collaborative environment
• Demonstrated skills in prioritization and project ownership
• A strong analytical background and comfort with complex data
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Chinese is highly appreciated
