The role

The role In this position, you will be accountable for supporting proactively and holistically Data Architecture (DA) activities within the Core Master Data Product Group and Platforms that fit within the overall DA and meet the product group strategy. You will work closely with Product Manager for Core Master Data, Technical Experts, Regional teams and DevOps / Development teams and suppliers.

What you´ll do
- Manage and develop the data architecture for products under Core Master Data scope / platforms, working closely with application and solution / data architects that manage and design architecture for entire Master Data product group.
- Deliver the data architectural design for products and inputs to the roadmap by utilizing knowledge of defined reference architectures, technology trends, and implementation experience to translate a business need into a solution blueprint that represents an end-to-end technical solution.
- Deliver the data integration of solutions within the product / platform and implements the integration strategy for cross-product group purposes.
- Identify the organizational impact (for example, on skills, processes, structures, or culture) and financial impact of the solution architecture in collaboration with the regional teams.
- Define the guidelines, standards, and solution architecture to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise´s future-state architecture vision.
- Design and direct governance activities associated with ensuring product architecture assurance and compliance follow the agreed Nestlé standard.
- Engage with Tech Leads, BAs, Product Managers and EA within (and across) the product groups to ensure alignment with the overall data architecture.

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Business or Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience in application development, information analysis in a multitier environment.
- Demonstrated experience with business process Product Lifecycle Management, Master Data Management, Data Strategy and performance modeling.
- Extensive expert knowledge in Product Group business, applications, data models and technologies (SAP, SAP MDG, IBM MDM, Snowflake, Azure).
- Strong Understanding of agile methods and processes, and capability of supporting agile project teams by providing advice and guidance on opportunities, impact, and risks, taking account of technical and architectural debt.
