This is what you will do as a Datacenter Support

As a Datacenter Support Engineer, you will be part of the Cloud Technologies team, consisting of various IT technical profiles (Datacenter Engineers, DevOps Engineers, IT Project Managers, etc.). Together with a team of dedicated colleagues, you will elevate the quality level of our solutions.

How will you do that?

• You handle various questions from colleagues and customers regarding our Datacenter.
• You configure sandbox environments for our customers.
• You set up single sign-on connections between our customers’ environments and Protime’s environment.
• You build up an internal network and you act as a bridge to other departments.
• Your role doesn’t stop at national borders: you communicate with colleagues and customers all over Europe.

• You are passionate about IT and always strive to deliver quality.
• You communicate smoothly with various stakeholders and excel in analytical and logical thinking.

• You have knowledge of Windows Server & databases (SQL).
