Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable and maintainable Java-based applications.
- Design and implement solutions using Java 11 and above, Spring Boot, and Hibernate frameworks.
- Develop and integrate applications with GCP Data Store and MySQL databases, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Leverage GCP Cloud services to build cloud-native applications and architectures.
- Drive continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Jenkins and CI/CD practices.
- Write efficient PL/SQL queries and develop solutions with Oracle databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, understand business needs, and create scalable software solutions.
- Mentor and lead a team of developers, promoting best practices, coding standards, and high-quality output.
- Apply Agile methodologies to ensure iterative development and efficient project management.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Maintain a high level of communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity on technical and business requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java.
- Expertise in Java 11+ and Spring Boot for building and deploying Java applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Hibernate and MySQL for database interactions and optimizations.
- Experience with GCP Cloud services and GCP Data Store.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL and working with Oracle databases.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment.
- Experience using GIT for version control and collaboration.
- Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines for automating deployment and integration.
- Proven experience in leading a technical team, mentoring developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
