Title: Co-Founder & CEO (EU-Based), Mental Growth Network (MGN)

Location: EU Member State (Fully Remote)

This isn’t a traditional employment opportunity. Instead, we’re inviting an entrepreneurial leader to co-found and shape MGN’s future. At this early stage, compensation will be equity-based only, reflecting our shared commitment to building a transformative, sustainable organization from the ground up.

About MGN:

Mental Growth Network (MGN) is a newly formed NGO startup on a mission to improve global healthcare outcomes by fostering communication, education, and community-driven innovation—especially in mental health, healthtech, and biotech sectors. We connect thought leaders, practitioners, and innovators through events, conferences, and media platforms to spark dialogue and shared learning.

With a growing professional community of over 400 members, we’ve launched a free online educational channel to showcase our vision and highlight the cutting-edge work of global experts. Now, we’re looking for a dedicated Co-Founder & CEO to drive strategic growth, secure funding, and forge strategic partnerships across the EU.

Our Initiatives:

• Events: Host health hackathons, exhibitions, and workshops where participants can connect, innovate, and contribute to meaningful health-focused discussions.
• Conferences: Facilitate dynamic dialogues among professionals, allowing diverse stakeholders to explore new technologies, tackle current challenges, and shape the future of healthcare.
• Podcasts: Highlight one-on-one conversations with global experts, offering insights and personal breakthroughs that inspire and inform our broader community.

Your Role as Co-Founder & CEO:

• Fundraising & Partnerships: Leverage your EU presence and networks to secure grants, philanthropic funds, and strategic partnerships with public and private entities.
• Strategic Vision & Leadership: Define and implement organizational strategy, ensuring MGN remains aligned with its mission of facilitating knowledge exchange and community building rather than direct product development.
• Community Engagement & Influence: Represent MGN across the EU, building relationships with policymakers, academic institutions, health professionals, and other NGOs. Champion events, conferences, and podcasts to broaden MGN’s reach and deepen its impact.
• Team Building & Culture: Inspire and lead a diverse core team—currently including a UX/UI Designer, Full-Stack Developer, Marketing Specialist, and Digital Health Expert—fostering a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and ethical engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

• NGO Fundraising Experience: Proven success in leading NGOs or social enterprises, ideally with involvement in EU-funded projects or collaborative initiatives.
• Visionary Mindset: A strong belief in the transformative power of health investments and healthcare innovation. You understand that the decisions made today in mental health, healthtech, and biotech will shape the well-being of future generations, and you’re motivated by the profound influence this sector has on humanity’s future.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable navigating startup uncertainty and eager to build organizational capacity from the ground up, with a focus on knowledge sharing and community impact over direct solution development.
