Job Description
- Financial management and participation in the planning processes, budget and forecasting, guaranteeing the compliance of the finance corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Managing and achieving the financial targets and objectives.
- Preparing and analyzing the monthly area reporting ensuring the closing on time and quality. Prepare monthly reports, presentations and other ad-hoc analysis for management on a timely basis.
- Providing financial analysis: Budget tracking on a monthly basis, implementing corrective actions. Analyze all deviations. Assess current operations and offer recommendations for improvements.
- Supporting the preparation of management reports
- Providing financial analysis to business unit management. Financial control and reporting of the assigned business units and follow up with the business teams (costs, accruals, analysis, reporting, forecasting)
- Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies
- Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered
- Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams
- Prior Experience in Finance and Controlling in a multinational (3 years) and Audit (2 years).
- Education: Business degree
- Languages: Good English skills
- Advanced User of SAP
- Knowledge of PowerBI, Qlik and Hyperion will be a plus
- IFRS and financial reporting knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills
- Problem solver and hands-on attitude
- Methodical and organized
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Team player
